State laws require that all alcohol packages be signed for by an adult (21+) with photo ID. We have very discreet packaging so we recommend sending to a place of business to always make sure the package gets signed for. We ship with UPS exclusively who will try up to 3 times to deliver the package, at which point it will be returned to us. You can also request they hold your package at a local UPS store that you can then pickup at your convenience.

If a package is returned due to the carrier not being able to deliver the package you will be charged a second delivery fee to send the order back out.  If you request a refund, you will be provided a refund of the order amount less shipping, restocking fee ($5), and handling fee ($5).

Our standard processing time is up to 2 business days in order to ship your product. We carefully hand pack each bottle (no automated equipment for these beauties) and ensure the bottles are in pristine condition. After processing, your order will ship according to your selected method. Ground to the East Coast can take up to 7 business days. After we receive confirmation from the carrier (UPS) you will receive a notification from us that the order has shipped and the tracking information.
